About this file

This document is a Quality Assurance Surveillance Plan (QASP)/Performance Requirements Summary for a federal contract opportunity. The QASP outlines the quality assurance inspections and performance standards the government will use to evaluate the contractor's performance on tasks related to the operation and maintenance of an Environmental Data Management System (EDMS) at multiple locations. Key performance requirements include 24/7 system availability, management of environmental data, and providing programmatic advisory and support services. The related federal contract opportunity is for the U.S. Army Environmental Command (USAEC) EDMS, which requires a secure database portal with web functionality and associated operations and maintenance. The contract will support data management efforts for environmental investigations, laboratory data, and government stakeholder approvals at Joint Base Lewis-McChord, Fort Hunter Liggett, and Yakima Training Center.
