About this file
This is a Pricing Schedule for Perimeter Fence Maintenance and Repair services at Fort Bragg, NC, covering a base year plus four option years. The contract runs from May 18, 2026 through May 17, 2031, with a two-week phase-in period (May 18-31, 2026) followed by full performance commencing June 1, 2026. The pricing structure consists of two Contract Line Items (CLINs) per period: CLIN X001 for Perimeter Fence Maintenance labor (priced at $0 FFP with labor rates to be proposed by offerors) and CLIN X002 for Other Direct Costs (ODC) supplies and materials at a fixed $48,460.14 per year. The contractor must furnish all labor, equipment, tools, transportation, and supervision necessary for maintenance and repair operations in accordance with the Performance Work Statement. ODC requests require five-day advance notice to the Contracting Officer's Representative and pre-approval before expenditure; the contractor may not charge labor, tools, or profit on the ODC CLIN, and all supplies and materials are reimbursed on a cost-reimbursement basis with the ODC CLIN capped at $48,460.14 not-to-exceed per year.
The pricing schedule includes a labor rate build-up table for offerors to complete, requiring proposed staffing positions, labor categories, SCA codes, productive hours, salary rates, and fringe benefit percentages (H&W, overhead, G&A, and fee) for the base year and each option year. All labor CLINs are priced as Firm Fixed Price (FFP), while ODC CLINs are Cost Reimbursement. The total potential contract value across all periods is $242,300.70 (five years × $48,460.14 for ODCs plus government-approved labor pricing). The contract specifies that offerors may add or delete staffing lines as needed to align with their proposed solution and must provide an inflation factor and include firm-level rates for overhead, G&A, and fee in the summary section.
