About this file

This is a Price Schedule attachment for a federal custodial and facility maintenance contract at Glacier National Park (GLAC), specifically supporting fire alarm and sprinkler inspection services. The document contains a detailed Independent Government Estimate (IGE) and bid schedule for custodial services across multiple locations including the Visitor Center (CTDVC), Lodging/Support Resources facility (LSR), and 20 seasonal housing units of varying sizes.

The custodial services scope includes daily cleaning tasks for restrooms, floors, entrances, glass surfaces, and general facility maintenance across three primary locations. The contract period begins May 1, 2026, with a partial base year running through October 31, 2026 (184 days for CTDVC, 153 days for LSR), followed by four full option years running April 1 through October 31 annually (214 days for CTDVC, 153 days for LSR). The IGE establishes a cleaner wage rate of $30.00 per hour with an effective labor rate of $67.80 per hour, applying overhead (75%), G&A (45%), and profit (6%) markups. The partial base year cost is estimated at $179,596.11 for CTDVC and LSR combined, with option year costs ranging from $186,779.96 to $202,021.20. The total estimated requirement across the base year and four option years is $936,090.28. Seasonal housing unit cleaning is quoted at $125,750.02 for the partial base year (CTDVC only) and $42,691.84 for LSR, with materials budgeted at $5,000 and $2,500 respectively. The bid schedule requires vendors to submit pricing for all base year line items and option year line items for services to be unacceptable if incomplete.
