AMENDMENT 0002

Solicitation No. 140P1426Q0090 Replace HVAC Heating & Cooling in the Moran Entrance Station Grand Teton National Park

The following responses are provided to clarify the Solicitation requirements and shall be considered part of the Solicitation.

Question: Please provide the existing fire alarm and sprinkler device inventory (or previous year's inspection reports) for each of the 22 fire alarm systems and 23 sprinkler systems.

Response:

· The 2023 fire alarm inspection reports and the 2023 fire sprinkler inspection reports are attached to this amendment.

· For the fire alarm systems, there have been no notable changes or modifications since the 2023 inspections. The attached reports identify the devices associated with each fire alarm system.

· For the fire sprinkler systems, the following changes have occurred since the 2023 inspections:

· Building #94 and Building #96 had their fire sprinkler systems replaced in 2025. The pipes, risers, and sprinkler heads were replaced. The system layout remained substantially the same, except that sprinkler heads were removed from eight (8) bathrooms in each building.

· A new wet-pipe fire sprinkler system was installed in Building #36 in 2026. The installation consists of one riser, CPVC piping, and fifteen (15) sprinkler heads.

· Additional system information is provided below:

· Each fire sprinkler system has one (1) riser.

· The systems include thirteen (13) wet-pipe systems and ten (10) dry-pipe systems.

· Building #1563 (St. Mary Fire Cache) is the only wet-pipe system that utilizes antifreeze.

· Building #155 (St. Mary Dorm) is the only dry-pipe system that utilizes nitrogen gas.

· The attached inspection reports include the backflow preventer information for each sprinkler system.
