About this file
The file is a Pricing Worksheet for Permanent Housing Replacement detailing unit pricing for housing solutions for the Crow Tribe of Montana, following a disaster declaration. The worksheet includes three primary Contract Line Item Numbers (CLINs) with specific pricing for manufactured/mobile homes (2-4 bedrooms), tiny homes (1-3 person capacity), and travel trailers (2-4 person capacity), totaling an estimated 70 homes (29 Manufactured Housing Units, 18 Tiny Homes, 23 Travel Trailers). Each CLIN includes comprehensive pricing that covers manufacturing, delivery, site preparation, utility connection, installation, setup, functional checks, and documentation.
The associated federal contract opportunity is a FEMA solicitation (70FBR826Q00000001) for disaster relief following severe storms on the Apsaalooke Nation (Crow) Reservation in Montana on August 6, 2024. The solicitation is a small business set-aside with a NAICS code of 336214 (Travel Trailer and Camper Manufacturing), seeking to award multiple Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs) to replace housing for displaced tribal families. The disaster was federally declared on November 14, 2024, with the housing replacement program approved by FEMA on July 31, 2025, under Disaster Relief DR-4847-CTM.
