B. The Contracting Officer (CO) has determined there is a probability of adequate price competition in this acquisition. However, if at any time during this competition the CO determines that adequate price competition no longer exists, Quoters may be required to submit information to the extent necessary for the CO to determine the reasonableness of the price. The Quoter’s initial quote should contain the Quoter’s best terms from a price and technical standpoint. The Government reserves the right to conduct interchanges if determined by the CO to be necessary.
