About this file
This is a request for proposals for rehabilitating a wastewater system at Olympic National Park in Washington. The project includes rehabilitating the sewage collection and conveyance system, replacing the treatment system with a recirculating textile filter and new control building with backup generator, and constructing a new subsurface drip disposal drain field. The contractor will have 390 days to substantially complete the work. As a small business set-aside, the prime contractor must comply with limitations on subcontracting. Proposals are due by the date specified in the solicitation, which will be posted on SAM.gov. The estimated value is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. The government will consider technical capability and price in making a best value award.
