Clarifications #2 for Solicitation #140P8322R0004

Amendment 3 posted on 3/16/22

This document provides clarifications based on submitted queries.

Clarifications 1 – 12 are in Attachment 9; 13 – 25 are in Attachment 10.

26. Spec 26 36 00 2.3.H mentions automatic closed-transition transfer switches. The drawings show a standard configuration ATS, not a closed-transition transfer switch.

Which type of ATS is required?

Automatic closed-transition transfer switches are not necessary. The standard configuration ATS is acceptable and the drawings govern over Specification Section 26 36 00 2.3 H.
