Sales tax, calculated at the rate applicable to the delivery location, must be included in the bid. Equipment and accessories must demonstrate superior workmanship, free from defects affecting appearance or performance, including scratches, sharp edges, or improperly secured wiring. Inspection and acceptance occur at delivery and final destination by the DGS Project Director, with the contractor responsible for correcting any deviations at no cost to DGS. All products must include a minimum one-year warranty from the Original Equipment Manufacturer with the option to extend, commencing after product start-up, during which the contractor bears all material, labor, and transportation costs for repairs.
