The work includes replacement of various piping, instrumentation, controls, and other elements to return the fuel distribution system to a state where it can be operated and monitored locally and remotely. The period of performance is 160 days from notice to proceed. The acquisition will use lowest price technically acceptable evaluation criteria and seek initial proposals by January 25, 2023. Bonding is required, and liquidated damages apply. The Navy intends to award without discussions, so initial offers should contain best terms.
