About this file

This is a Register of Wage Determinations under the Service Contract Act issued by the U.S. Department of Labor Employment Standards Administration for Florida service contracts covering Orange, Osceola, and Seminole Counties (Wage Determination No. 2015-4553, Revision 34, effective 7/30/2026).

The document establishes prevailing wage rates for 200+ occupational classifications across administrative, automotive, food service, furniture maintenance, health, information technology, instructional, laundry, machine tool operation, materials handling, mechanics and maintenance, personal needs, plant operations, protective services, recreation, stevedoring, technical, and transportation categories. Wage rates range from $13.16 per hour (Nursing Assistant I) to $48.63 per hour (Nuclear Medicine Technologist), with most positions falling between $15-$35 per hour. All listed occupations receive fringe benefits of $5.55 per hour (up to 40 hours weekly or $222 monthly) or alternative health and welfare rates of $5.09 per hour under Executive Order 13706. Additional benefits include two weeks paid vacation after one year of service, three weeks after five years, and four weeks after 15 years; eleven paid holidays annually; and hazardous pay differentials of 4-8 percent where applicable. Uniform allowances are specified at $1.35 per week or $5.67 per day where required. Computer professionals meeting specific compensation thresholds are exempt from wage determination requirements, and conformance procedures are established for unlisted classifications requiring Wage and Hour Division approval.
