About this file
This is a Statement of Work (SOW) for the installation and integration of a new Audio/Visual (A/V) system at the VSFB Pacific Coast Club for the 30th Force Support Squadron, dated 09 DEC 2025.
The project involves uninstalling outdated audio equipment (over 10 years old) and installing a modern, user-friendly audio system in Building 11070. The contractor must replace 40 SAROS_ICE6LPT-W-T-EACH ceiling speakers in the Gamer Lounge, Heritage Room, hallways, and bathrooms, repurpose existing JBL speakers from Ballrooms 1-3 and Warrior Rooms 1-2, and purchase additional SAROS_ICE6LPT-W-T-EACH speakers for the café/bar. The installation includes eight SAROS SMT6T-AW-B-T-EACH exterior speakers for outdoor seating areas with new cable runs through PVC conduit in concrete walls. The contractor must install two ULXD4Q=-H50 microphone receivers in media cabinets and purchase eight Shure UA864US or equivalent units. The system requires seven TSW-770-W-S wall-mounted touch panel faceplates for individual room control and one TS-1070-W-S master tabletop panel for centralized facility control. Configuration will utilize two DSP-1280 signal processors, two AMP-8150 amplifiers, and CEN-SWPOE-30 POE equipment installed in the existing communications rack. The contractor must purchase approximately 60 Cat6 drops (250 feet each) and configure 13 wireless microphones. Installation must be completed by August 2025. The contractor is responsible for uninstalling old equipment, mounting and programming all new equipment, connecting to electricity, and testing all systems. Government-furnished equipment is already purchased and available. The government will provide utilities and emergency medical services. Points of contact include IT Specialists Alisa Prusa and Josephine Merling at (805) 717-7124, and Invoice Reviewer Kayleen Lara at (805) 606-2948.

1.0 Background
In order, to provide a functional location for Commander’s Calls, trainings, award ceremonies, graduations, etc., the Pacific Coast Clubs’s requires an upgrade to their audio equipment. Most of the current equipment (speakers, microphone amplifiers, etc.) have been in this facility for 10 or more years.
Equipment has been failing rapidly or is just not compatible with modern electronics. With the age of the current equipment, and the complexity of the installation of new, we need the assistance of a professional AV company to install the new equipment that was purchased in 2023. The replacement of the old and broken equipment will not only ensure patrons can hear presenters again, but this will also allow for an easier to manage system, both for IT technicians and end-users. This upgrade is essential to maintaining this facility. Most hardware to be replaced with is already purchased. Installation of the audio system needed to ensure the equipment is used.
