Attachment 1 – PWS_Appendix 2a San Diego AOR Transportation Routes
Fixed Posts Locations:
DO services to be provided by the Contractor will be performed at, but not limited to, the following locations. The majority of the services delivered will be providing stationary guard post and may be required to operate Government-Owned Vehicles (GOV), which will be made available by ICE/ERO, or Contractor-Owned Vehicles (COV), but not a combination of the two. The Government reserves the right to add or change or delete locations at its sole discretion at no change in contract/task order price. The below addresses are provided but not limited to:

San Diego AOR Per Call as Needed- Locations
· Alvarado Hospital Medical Center- 6655 Alvarado Road, San Diego, CA 92120
· University Community Medical Center- 5550 University Avenue, San Diego, CA 92105
· UCSD Medical Center- Hillcrest - 200 West Arbor Drive, San Diego, CA 92103
· Mercy Hospital - 4077 5th Ave, San Diego, CA 92103
· Paradise Valley Hospital 4th Street, National City, CA 91950
· Palomar Medical Center Poway - 15615 Pomerado Rd. Poway, CA 92064
· And other Hotels and Facilities that may be identified by the Government within a 450-mile radius of San Diego- ERO.
San Diego AOR Per Call as Needed – Overtime
· Utilization of Overtime hours will be requested on an as needed basis per ERO operational requirements by the ICE/ERO COR. Any Overtime hours must be approved IN ADVANCE.
San Diego AOR Per Call as Needed - Hotel Service
· Providing guard services up to 20 rooms for temporary lodging for migrant families and juveniles for up to 72 hours.
· Two (2) DOs required per occupied room. (One same sex gender DO inside the room and one opposite gender DO outside).
· One shift supervisor while noncitizens are housed at the hotel.
· All DOs will be "Unarmed" or Armed as required by the 2011 PBNDS.
· DO gender requirement will be maintained. (one female/one male DO per family and one female DO per female juvenile noncitizen)
San Diego AOR Per Call as Needed -Hospital Service
· Two (2) DOs required for first noncitizen admitted. One (1) DO required for follow-on detainees
· Last noncitizen will have two (2) DOs. All DOs will be "Un-armed" or Armed as required by PBNDS 2011.
· DO gender requirement is preferred - one female DO per female noncitizen.San Diego AOR Staffing Requirement

Annual Hours by Post Location: Hours are based upon average annual amount of 2,080 hours per position reflecting need for positions to be filled daily with exception of US Federal Holidays and weekends.
