About this file

This document is an Attachment 1 Proposer Certification and Information Sheet for the RFGP OregonBuys #S-47100-00008281 OED #23-151 Unemployment Insurance Navigator Grant Program. The contract opportunity is focused on the geographic areas of Marion County and Salem City, and seeks proposers to provide outreach and system navigation services. Proposers must demonstrate a presence in one or more of the specified counties and describe the populations they will target. The document outlines the required certifications and information the proposer must provide, including contact details, authorized representatives, non-discrimination policies, and willingness to comply with the grant agreement terms.

The document also includes pricing terms, prohibiting proposers from requesting funding for expenditures already covered by other state or federal agencies. Proposers must comply with Oregon's tax laws and are subject to the False Claims Act. Proposals must remain valid for 90 days after the due date or until a grant agreement is executed, whichever comes first.
