Attachment 1 - Location Maps and Photos~2.pdf

This is an attachment document supporting a state and local contract opportunity issued by the Illinois Department of Natural Resources (DNR) for roof replacement services at White Pines Forest State Park and Castle Rock State Park. The attachment contains location maps and photographic documentation of vault toilets requiring roof replacement across both facilities. The document identifies ten vault toilet structures at White Pines Forest State Park (asset IDs: 101055, 101056, 407723, 407724, 407725, 407726, 407729, 407730, 408903, and 461303) and one vault toilet structure at Castle Rock State Park (asset ID: 420576, designated as Valley View). Photographs dated July 8, 2026, document the current condition of each vault toilet facility, with corresponding location maps provided to identify the precise positioning of structures within each state park.

The photographic and mapping documentation serves as the technical reference material for potential bidders to assess the scope of work required for roof replacement at each identified vault toilet location. This attachment enables contractors to evaluate site conditions, accessibility, and structural configurations necessary for accurate project budgeting and scheduling. The materials support the overall contract solicitation by providing visual evidence of the facilities requiring renovation and their geographic distribution across the two state park properties.
