About this file
This document contains instructions to offerors and evaluation factors for a Dorm Furniture Refresh solicitation (FA448425Q0010) issued by the Department of the Air Force Air Mobility Command. The solicitation is a 100% small business set-aside with a NAICS code of 337122 and a small business size standard of 750 employees. It is a Request for Quote (RFQ) for dorm furniture, with quotes due by 2 PM EDT on 18 April 2025 and to be submitted electronically via email to SSgt Alexander Kouba.
The solicitation uses a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) award methodology, where offerors must submit two-part responses (technical and price) and provide documentation proving their items meet the statement of work requirements. Offerors will be evaluated on technical acceptability, with any "unacceptable" rating rendering the entire quote ineligible for award. The government intends to award a firm-fixed price contract and reserves the right to cancel the solicitation at any time, with no obligation to reimburse offerors for any preliminary costs.
