Facilitated Three Section Calls and developed transcription service for notes/updates of each weekly call. Each week during September 2023, the 90-day Shipper QC Tracker was sent out to all five regions each Monday, as well as posted to the Teams RSP 54 States and Territories/ 90 Day Shipper Report channel. The Tracker has proved instrumental in providing redundant Shipper information as confidence in the RMS application is restored following the Adobe Flash Player/ HTML5 conversion. The tracker prepopulates 24 critical categories. Also, in September the TD team sent 73 emails requesting Security Certificates. We received and entered 82 Security Certificates while maintaining the Security Certificates for all RSP Support Contract Associates. TD Team produced the SWAR Tracker to identify all Warriors without a reservation. This Tracker is distributed to the Regional Managers on every Monday, and along with a Regional Manager, TD supported the Montanan RSP Accreditation.
