(These documents are required for a Warrior to move beyond the RECBN into training)
The documents listed below are required to be checked for inclusion, legibility, and accuracy in ERM (GCR).
MEPS Travel Orders and all Amendments (STO II shippers also need a copy of their STO I Orders) For Warriors authorized BAH ensure address match between Travel Orders and BAH documents. If a Travel Order Amendment Request form is used, ensure it is uploaded into Vulcan Document Repository on or before ship date. *Warrior is required to hand carry 10 copies of Orders to the training installation.

The documents listed below are required to be checked for inclusion, legibility, and accuracy in ERM (GCR).
1 Travel itinerary to include meal vouchers
2 Verify Shipper is “Hired” and “Approved” in IPPS-A (to establish RAPIDS & DEERS profile prior to ship).
3 JPAS Results (Personnel Security Investigation) Confirmed with MEPS GC that Warrior is in a good to ship status in JPAS
4 Common Access Card (CAC) (Physically reviewed for possession & meets standard) For STO II Warriors (and Mandatory for all Warriors who’ve been issued CAC)
5 ID Tags (Physically review items are in Warrior’s possession and are to standard) For STO- II Warriors (and Mandatory for all Warriors who’ve been issued ID Tags)
6 Government Issued Identification (ID) Card (Picture ID, Driver License, Passport, etc.) (Ensure Warrior has in possession at time of ship)

RSP Contract Associate will ensure that all documents listed in SECTION I have been QC’d for accuracy and legibility and are uploaded into RMS Vulcan prior to or at the start of Blue Phase.
These documents are critical for the success of the Warrior processing through the RECBN for movement into training.
*10 copies of Orders are the only “hard” document to be hand carried to the training installation. All other documents required are to be loaded into RMS Vulcan.
ARMS 2/Expansion shippers must have had a tape test performed within 72 hours of Shipping. The 5500/5501 must be uploaded into RMS Vulcan. Reference Line Item #36.
** PATERNITY AFFIDAVIT MUST BE IAW with applicable state authority.
**COURT ORDERED DOCUMENTS must be an official copy with applicable state seals and be a complete record.
