About this file
This document contains a past performance questionnaire and a federal contract opportunity notice for aerial targets and unmanned aerial vehicles. The U.S. Army Contracting Command-Orlando is seeking proposals for the production and operation of MQM-170, MQM-171, and MQM-186 aerial targets to meet performance specifications under the single-award IDIQ contract W900KK-21-R-0029. Interested vendors must be able to produce all three target variants. The period of performance is 60 months with task orders issued as needed. Responses to the sources sought notice are requested by March 23, 2021 in 15 pages or less to demonstrate capability to meet target specifications. The government anticipates a 100% small business set-aside under NAICS 336411 for aircraft manufacturing with a size standard of 1,500 employees. The past performance questionnaire is to be completed by references for offerors to assess performance on relevant contracts in areas such as target production, testing, operations and maintenance.
