About this file

This document is a Past Performance Questionnaire (PPQ) form that is being used to assess potential contractors for a federal contract opportunity. The PPQ is being sent to the identified respondent to complete Sections IIB through III, which cover details about the contract, the respondent's role, and an assessment of the contractor's performance on metrics such as quality, schedule, problem resolution, and compliance. The completed questionnaire is to be directly submitted to the specified government points of contact, Carly Frye and Bethany Carbajal.

The related federal contract opportunity is for an Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract for metal parts and components for canister grenades in support of Pine Bluff Arsenal. The solicitation is a 100% small business set-aside under NAICS code 332999, with a 750 employee size standard. The solicitation will result in a 5-year firm-fixed price with economic price adjustment contract. Access to the restricted technical drawings is required through the SAM.gov website. The solicitation closes on July 17, 2024 at 3pm CT.
