About this file

This Statement of Work (SOW) details a security camera system upgrade for the 62d Aerial Port Squadron at Building 1422 on Joint Base Lewis-McChord (JBLM)-McChord Field in Washington. The project involves replacing 8 existing cameras and installing 4 new cameras across multiple warehouse areas, including the upper and lower warehouses, overhead crane area, exterior scalehouse, and other strategic locations. The system will include two new monitoring stations, a digital video recorder (DVR) in Room 161, and a new monitor in Room 266 (Air Terminal Operations Center), with requirements for high-density real-time recording supporting 32 MP resolution cameras.

The contractor will have 180 days from award to complete the installation, working primarily Monday through Friday between 8:00am-5:00pm, with flexibility for off-hours work if needed. Technical specifications include multi-sensor cameras providing 360-degree coverage, mounting on ceiling joists, and running through existing communication wire baskets. The project requires compliance with building codes, weatherproofing exterior penetrations, and providing as-installed record drawings to the Department of Public Works. A one-year warranty for defective work or equipment is mandated, along with maintenance instructions and replacement part details.
