About this file

This is a Price Schedule Template for the National Park Service Mammoth Cave National Park HVAC Upgrades contract (Solicitation Number: PARK - PMIS: MACA 352411). The template establishes pricing for cyclic HVAC upgrades across nine base line items representing different facility areas within the park, including IT/EE Office #1, Ranger Station #1, Training Center #1, SRM #1, Interp/Fees #1, Superintendent's Office #1, Admin #1, FM Office #1, and Maple Springs Quarters. Each base line item is priced as a lump-sum deliverable on an "each" unit of measure basis.

The contract structure includes nine optional line items (CLINs 10-18) for additional facility upgrades, including a second IT/EE Office, Fitness Center, Training Center #2, additional SRM and Interp/Fees locations, a second Superintendent's Office, a second Admin area, a third SRM location, and Maple Springs Bunkhouse. Offerors are required to submit pricing for all base line items and all option line items as a minimum requirement for proposal acceptance. For lump-sum items, only total price is required; unit prices govern in case of calculation errors, and corrected totals govern in case of summation errors. All prices must be rounded to whole dollars. Detailed measurement and payment information is referenced in Division 01 Specifications Section 01 27 00 Definition of Contract Line Items.
