About this file

This is a Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) form DD 1423 detailing nine deliverables (A001-A009) for a Corrosion Engineering Services contract. The CDRLs specify the format, frequency, and requirements for various reports and materials the contractor must provide to the Army's Combat Capabilities Development Command Ground Vehicle Systems Center (DEVCOM GVSC).

The required deliverables include: monthly progress and status reports (A001), quarterly technical reports in PowerPoint format (A002), final technical reports (A003), corrosion survey reports with detailed analysis of equipment conditions (A004), survey dashboard data reports with metrics and graphics (A005), presentation materials (A006), presentation handouts (A007), instructional videos in .wmv or .mp4 format for milTube (A008), and technical manuals/bulletins (A009). All deliverables must be submitted electronically to the specified government representatives, with most requiring both draft and final versions. The contract line item is 7000, and distribution statement C applies to all deliverables. The forms were prepared by Charles A. Machi on 9/12/2024 and approved by Michelle L. Davis on 21 OCT 2024.
