About this file

This Mission-Essential Contractor Services Plan details the continuity requirements for Recycle Center Management Services at FE Warren AFB, Wyoming. The document, prepared for the 90th Missile Wing, outlines how the contractor will maintain essential services during a crisis, with two primary Contract Line Item Numbers (CLINs): Recycle Center Management and Pallet Disposal, each priced per the existing contract and set for a 12-month period. The plan requires the contractor to develop procedures for personnel and resource acquisition, address challenges like pandemics, establish communication and notification protocols, and maintain operations under adverse conditions. Pricing will remain consistent with the current contract, and the services will continue until the Contracting Officer directs cessation of the plan.
