STATEMENT OF WORK
Repair Fuel System Generator, B1041
TRAVIS AFB, CALIFORNIA
Project Number: XDAT 14-1031
TRIRIGA Number: 1023212 DATE: 23 Mar 2020
1.0 DESCRIPTION OF WORK: The contractor is to provide all supplies, materials, tools, equipment, and qualified labor necessary to repair by replacement servicing Hydrant System at facility 1041 per Development One, Inc., Final Design Submittals. 2a. Final Design Analysis Report, 2b. Final Specifications, 2c. Final Drawings. The overall project includes the removal of existing generator and transfer switchgear. The installation of a new 450kW/562kVA diesel backup generator on new concrete pad and the installation of a new manual transfer switchgear.

10.0 Environmental Requirements (Additional):
The contractor shall comply with all applicable federal, state, local air district and Section 01 56 00 Environmental General Requirements, including but not limited to:
a. Notify 60 CES/CEIE at least two weeks prior to modify or remove the existing permitted generators.
b. The contractor is responsible for complying with the Bay Area Air Quality
Management District (BAAQMD) Regulation 2-1 permit requirements.
c. The contractor is responsible for submitting a permit applications and fees for the new generators. Permit applications must be coordinated with
60 CES/CEIE for review prior being submitted to BAAQMD.
d. The new generators/engines shall meet the BAAQMD permit requirements without adding additional abatement devices.
e. The contractor is responsible for obtaining an Authority to Construct and Permit to Operate from the BAAQMD.
f. The contractor shall notify and submit/email the Start-Up Notification form to
60 CES/CEIE at least two weeks prior to start up the new generators.
11.0 Process: Contractor is to use the “Project Phase Listing,” below as a general Guideline for project sequence.
Project Phase Listing **Phase elements and components listed are for description purposes and are performed as contracted** Phase I: Pre-project
Engineer – Site inspection, validation, certified design submitted for approval Project Safety – Validation of utility service isolation (natural gas, electricity, and water) Administration – Authorization to proceed and list of required submittals Project Manager – Coordination of end-user/vendor schedule, site access, and project milestone plans Project Manager – Submit all required pre-project submittals as instructed Operations Lead – Element material acquisition and start necessary fabrication Phase 2: Build
Inspection – Building site for necessary access, materials Layout – Site layout (marking), grading and excavation Subsurface – Build infrastructure Infrastructure – Install generator concrete pad, ductbank, grounding connection, enclosure Surface – Install generator concrete pad as designed, curbs and pavements Connect – Connect all elements, components, devices, assets into a comprehensive system Test – Complete validation, commissioning, testing, metering and certification Phase 3: Post-Project
Inspection – Formal walkthrough with project manager/end-user for verification and acceptance
Warrantee – Provide service warranty (12-months w/ additional 24-month telephone consultation)
Real Property – Process DD 1354 Survey – Perform customer satisfaction survey
