About this file

This document outlines a statement of work for an orientation and kick-off meeting task order under an indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity contract. Key contractor staff are required to participate in an approximately two-hour webinar with staff from the National Cancer Institute to discuss the contract scope of work, the IDIQ contract mechanism for responding to task orders and how they are evaluated, expectations and results, and an overview of the program. The webinar will include a question and answer period. Participation of appropriately proposed personnel in the kick-off meeting will be evaluated based primarily on appropriateness, and secondarily on cost reasonableness.
