ATT M List of Certified SBEs 25-01937.xlsx

The file is a List of Certified Small Business Enterprises (SBEs) for the state of Michigan, specifically focused on construction and related services industries with NAICS codes spanning 236220, 237310, 238110, 238120, 238140, 238190, 238210, 238220, and 238390. The document correlates with a state and local contract opportunity for On-Call McNamara and Big Blue Parking Decks Maintenance, which seeks proposals for maintenance services to keep parking decks, parking lots, and associated facilities operational and safe for patrons at Detroit Metropolitan Wayne County Airport.

The comprehensive list includes over 70 certified small businesses across various construction specialties, including commercial building construction, electrical contracting, HVAC services, concrete work, masonry, and building finishing. Each business entry provides detailed contact information, including the owner's name, phone number, email, and physical address. While the list appears to be a pre-qualification or vendor pool document, it directly supports the parking deck maintenance contract by providing a diverse range of potential small business contractors who could potentially bid on or support the maintenance project. The businesses are predominantly located in Michigan, with concentrations in Detroit, Southeastern Michigan, and surrounding metropolitan areas.
