About this file

This document is a Price Form and Scenario Form for an On-Call Parking Deck Maintenance project for the Detroit Metropolitan Wayne County Airport (Airport Authority) in Michigan. The solicitation seeks on-call maintenance services for the McNamara and Big Blue parking decks, with the scope covering maintenance to keep parking facilities operational and safe. The pricing scenario includes estimated annual usage quantities for key personnel: 4 hours for Project Manager, 8 hours for Superintendent, 24 hours for Laborers, and 8 hours for Operators. The contract will use hourly rates for emergency repairs, with rates to be valid for the entire contract duration and applicable at any time, including holidays.

The pricing structure is all-inclusive, covering labor, travel, deliverables, tools, materials, equipment, and supplies. Contractors are responsible for their own travel expenses, which will not be reimbursed by the Airport Authority. The document specifies that any discounts, rebates, or considerations obtained by the contractor from suppliers must be credited or remitted to the Airport Authority. The pricing form allows for unit prices to be submitted, with the understanding that actual future requirements cannot be precisely forecasted. Markup on materials will be billed at cost plus a predetermined percentage, and the scenario quantities are solely for proposal comparison purposes and do not constitute a purchase commitment.
