About this file
This is a Fixed/T&M Price Narrative template for subcontractors responding to a Request for Offers (RFO N00421-27-R-1008) issued by the Naval Air Systems Command for NAWCAD WOLF Airborne Systems Integration (ASI) Division Technical/Project Management Support (TPMS) services. The template is part of Volume 2 Cost/Price documentation and serves as Attachment C3 to guide subcontractors in submitting pricing information under the SeaPort-Next Generation (NxG) Multiple Award Contract vehicle.
The template requires subcontractors to provide administrative information including RFO number, company name, address, Unique Entity Identifier (UEI), CAGE code, and point of contact details, with an offer validity period of at least 180 calendar days. Subcontractors must submit completed Section K clauses, current representations and certifications from the System for Award Management (SAM), and an Organizational Conflict of Interest (OCI) assessment using the KTXT.209-9511 provision, along with any OCI mitigation plans if applicable. The template also requires disclosure of any deviations from requested information and must be signed by an authorized representative. This is a template document rather than a solicitation with specific product or service requirements.
