Att_C_Census Data_Premuim History_Claims Detail.xlsx

This is a census data file containing plan participant information for an OCC 2026 Vision Insurance plan. The spreadsheet lists detailed demographic data for multiple participant categories including children, domestic partners, and employees, with information fields for relationship code (VISS population), birth date, mailing address state, and mailing address ZIP code. The data spans from birth dates in 2000 through 2026, with geographic distribution across all U.S. states and territories. The file appears to serve as Attachment C to a solicitation for vision insurance services (Solicitation Number 2031JW26Q00058) issued by the Department of the Treasury Office of the Comptroller of the Currency under simplified acquisition procedures for commercial products and services. The census data would be used to establish baseline participant information and enrollment estimates for purposes of evaluating vision insurance proposals, with questions regarding the solicitation due by 12:00 PM ET on Thursday, June 4, 2026. The dataset includes hundreds of plan participants across three coverage tiers (employee, dependent child, and domestic partner), providing carriers with detailed participant demographic information necessary for pricing, actuarial analysis, and benefit design considerations in response to the government's vision insurance requirements.
