About this file

This file is a Quality Assurance (QA) Worksheet template for the OCC Vision Insurance procurement. The worksheet appears to be a government evaluation tool designed to assess vendor responses and ensure quality compliance throughout the contract performance period. As a template document, it does not specify required products or services, pricing terms, or other substantive procurement requirements, but rather serves as an administrative framework for monitoring and documenting the government's quality assurance activities. The worksheet would typically be used by the Department of the Treasury Office of the Comptroller of the Currency to track compliance, performance metrics, and contractor deliverables against the established statement of work or performance work statement for the vision insurance contract being procured under the simplified procedures outlined in FAR Part 12.

4Vision+Insurance+RFQPage 164.8.12 Future OCC Benefits Enrollment PlatformCan you please elaborate on the below expectations of the vision vendors for providing/managing OCC's enrollment. What is expected/requirements for vision enrollment. At any point during the period of performance, the OCC reserves the right to implement its own benefits enrollment platform to manage vision enrollment data for its vision insurance program. If at any future date the OCC implements its own benefits enrollment platform, the Contractor must collaborate with the OCC to transition enrollment data and participate in the project team to ensure there is a smooth transition.Yes, the OCC can elaborate on the expectations of 'providing/managing' OCC's enrollment by the awarded Contractor. If the OCC develops its own benefits enrollment platform, the expectation is that the Contractor assists the OCC with the eligibility enrollment data file. The goal would be to have a smooth enrollment data migration with minimal disruption, e.g., transfer enrollment data from one carrier to another or a third-party administrator.
