About this file
This document is a Technical Review Checklist for a Navy Multi-Location Appliances Request for Quote (RFQ) issued by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Huntsville Center. The checklist requires vendors to comprehensively demonstrate compliance with specific technical requirements, including environmental certificates, warranties, GSA testing requirements, and documentation for various furniture types such as beds, wood casegoods, and metal casegoods. Vendors must meticulously complete the document, providing detailed technical documentation and annotations for each quoted item, with strict instructions that blanket statements or incomplete submissions will be considered non-conforming.
The related federal contract opportunity (Solicitation Number W912DY-25-Q-A101) requires vendors to submit quotes by 12:00 PM Central Time on 28 August 2025, with quotes valid for 120 days. Submission requirements include a completed Standard Form 1449, Excel Attachment 1, Word Attachment 8, and technical data sheets for each item. Vendors must email quotes to specified email addresses and can use an FTP site for large files. Pre-award questions must be submitted by 2:00 PM Central Time on 04 August 2025, and vendors are prohibited from discussing the procurement with the on-site Technical Representative prior to contract award.
