About this file
This document contains responses to supplier questions regarding a draft solicitation for the SOCOM Unique Munitions Requirements (SUMR) contract. Suppliers will be approved to supply all items for which they have manufacturing and technical capabilities. Pricing will not be evaluated as part of the initial contract award, but only at the delivery order level. The solicitation is expected to be issued on March 17, 2023, with the first delivery order proposal offered along with the initial contract award. The contract will provide munitions to the U.S. Special Operations Command and will not cover other branches or countries. Awarded delivery order pricing will be publicly posted in the Federal Procurement Data System. Data requirements will vary between delivery orders depending on the intended end use and maturity of the supplied munitions.
