About this file
This document is a Contractor Work Surveillance Checklist for Industrial Cleaning Services (ICS), specifically for CLINs 1002SV-1004SV and 1007SV-1009SV, under the North Florida Regional HW Removal federal contract opportunity.
The checklist outlines the requirements for the contractor's work crew, equipment, and work performance, which are to be verified by a designated government representative during the work surveillance. Key details include the requirement for a vacuum truck with specific capacity and hose length, a heated power washing unit, a liquid transfer pump, and appropriate personal protective equipment. The government representative is to inspect the vacuum truck, ensure proper operation of the equipment, and assess the overall satisfaction with the work performed. The checklist also includes space for the government representative to provide comments and sign off on the surveillance.
