Item
CLIN
Description
250 HP Engines
0002
See Section 4 above for information.
300 HP Engines
0003
Propose 300 HP engines in lieu of the 250 HP versions above. All other engine specifications will remain the same.
Sunshade
0004
Install one canvas sunshade, attached to house top forward, supported by portable stanchions at aft corners, will cover working deck to within two feet of aft bulwark when deployed. Sunbrella (or equal) UV protected fabric will be used. Sunshade will furl against house top aft edge when not in use.
House side door
0005
Install one sliding door in the house side adjacent to the operator (or crew) seat. Door will lock or dog closed, and be secured by a latch when open. Door will be weather-tight when closed, and able to prevent significant spray and rain from entering the cabin. Door sill will have drains to pass water outboard onto the exterior side deck. NOAA will define whether this option applies to stbd side only (quantity one), port side only (quantity one), or both sides (quantity two) upon option exercise, if applicable.
Suspension seat
0006
Install one each suspension base under one of the two seats at the console. Base will provide ~3” of travel, and be suitable for a 300 lb person. NOAA will define whether this option applies to operator seat only (quantity one), crew seat only (quantity one), or both seats (quantity two) upon option exercise, if applicable.
Tow bitt
0007
Install one each 3” nominal recessed socket in the main deck to allow the installation of a portable tow bitt. Socket will drain overboard through the hull tunnel, and have means to secure the bitt in place. Provide one each portable bitt that fits the socket, stands ~12” above deck, has a cross bar for securing towing lines, and secures in place when installed. Socket and bitt will be rated for the maximum thrust generated by both engines at full power plus a safety factor of two.
Second hull door
0008
Duplicate the one hull side door described above on the other side of the boat. All features and functions will be same as the opposite door.
Shipping
