Project: Procure One (1) Standby Generator and Automatic Transfer Switch for use at Lassen Volcanic National Park (LAVO) Headquarters Water Treatment Plant

PMIS # 323477

PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE: 6/25/2025 through 10/31/2025

SPECIFICATIONS:

Contractor (Vendor), (supplier) to ensure the sale, manufacture and delivery of one (1) new warrantied, commercially available standby generator and compatible transfer switch per the specifications listed below within the period of performance noted above.

One (1) new LPG fed Liquid Cooled Kohler 30RCLA – 3-Phase Kohler 30K standby generator (or equivalently sized generator) and one (1) new automatic transfer switch compatible with this generator. This generator meets specifications equivalent of the requirement or need of this solicitation. NOTE: The Kohler generator specifications that have been provided for this solicitation, have been for requirement reference only. All generators and transfer switches capable of meeting this same product specification / configuration requirements will be considered.

DELIVERY LOCATION:

Lassen Volcanic National Park (LAVO) Headquarters is located 1 mile west of the town of Mineral at 38050 Highway 36 E Mineral California 96063. Mineral is located approximately 42 miles from the town of Red Bluff heading east on State Rte. 36E. The delivery location is located within the Parks Historic District and can be accessed via either entrance of the Parks Main Headquarters off State Rte. Hwy 36E.

Lift gate service is not required. Deliveries will be accepted Monday through Friday 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM excepting Holidays. LAVO has an on-site forklift and operator which will provide off-loading assistance upon scheduling of delivery. Delivery must be coordinated 1 week before final delivery.
