About this file
This document is a draft pricing template attachment for the Enterprise Architecture, Data, and Engineering (EADE) federal contract opportunity. The template includes detailed labor categories and descriptions, as well as instructions for offerors to provide proposed fully burdened labor rates for both government and contractor site locations over a 5-year period with potential option years. The labor categories cover a range of technical and management roles required to support the EADE scope, including enterprise architects, data architects, systems engineers, program managers, and subject matter experts. Offerors are required to provide escalation rates for each year of the contract. The EADE contract opportunity is a single-award IDIQ with firm fixed price and labor hour task orders, with a 5-year ordering period anticipated to begin around October 2025. The procurement will be a 100% small business set-aside under NAICS 541512.
