About this file

This Statement of Work (SOW) details a project for the 502d Trainer Development Squadron (TDS) at Joint Base San Antonio-Randolph involving the demolition of an existing office space in Hangar 84 and the installation of a new modular office facility. The project requires the contractor to complete three primary tasks: 1) demolish the existing office space and remove all debris off-site, 2) provide and install a pre-engineered temporary modular facility measuring 40 ft long, 20 ft wide, and 9 ft ceiling height (10 ft, 3 in roof height), including a vestibule connecting to the exit door, and 3) install a new fire alarm notification device.

The modular office installation includes comprehensive requirements such as wall sections, door frames, doors, light switches, LED lighting, grid ceiling, HVAC, electrical components, vision windows, data ports, and electrical outlets. Additional specifications mandate energy-efficient materials, LOW VOC coating, gray-colored panels, and compliance with environmental and security regulations. The contractor must also handle waste removal through the JBSA Qualified Recycling Program, provide all necessary documentation, and coordinate acceptance testing with a 502 TDS Machine Shop Supervisor. Work will be performed at 10055 New A Street, Hangar 84, Joint Base San Antonio-Randolph, TX, with specific performance requirements including working hours, federal holiday observances, and strict security and identification protocols.
