About this file
This document contains a small business participation and commitment strategy template for the Marine Corps Wideband Satellite - Light and Heavy (MCWS-L/H) Solicitation. The solicitation seeks proposals for a single-award Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity contract over five 1-year ordering periods to procure MCWS-L and MCWS-H Test Systems to support developmental testing and the production, testing, and delivery of systems to support the United States Marine Corps' fielding requirements. Offerors must complete the template to describe estimated subcontracting dollars and percentages to large businesses, small businesses, small disadvantaged businesses, women-owned small businesses, HUBZone small businesses, veteran-owned small businesses, and service-disabled veteran-owned small businesses. Supplemental narratives may also be provided to address joint venture arrangements and initiatives to enhance small business participation.
