Installation includes controls integration, programming, testing, verification, and manufacturer's startup and commissioning with a commissioning report and system performance verification. Deliverables include as-built drawings, equipment and materials submittals, O&M manuals, preventive maintenance checklist, and warranty documentation. All work must comply with current UFC, ASHRAE, NFPA, ICC, OSHA, Air Force standards, 29 CFR 1910 & 1926, 48 CFR 52.225-9 and 52.246-12, AFI 32-7086, USACE EM 385-1-1, and base regulations. The contractor is responsible for all delivery, loading, unloading, and storage of materials. Work hours are 0700–1700, Monday–Friday, excluding federal holidays, with minimum one-week advance notice required prior to start. The period of performance is 45 days after award. A one-year manufacturer's warranty on parts, labor, and equipment is required. Final inspection and acceptance will be conducted by the designated Government Point of Contact.
