PERMIT STIPULATIONS

1. This permit is subject to all applicable provisions of pertinent regulation (43 CFR 2920; 43 CFR Part 7) which govern the use of this permit.

2. This permit may not be assigned.

3. Permittee shall immediately request the State Director to make a modification to accommodate any change in an essential condition of the permit (e.g., 5, 8, 9, 10, 11, above), and shall notify the State Director of any other changes, affecting the permit or regarding information submitted as part of the application for the permit, without delay. Failure to do so may result in permit suspension or revocation.

4. This permit is issued for the period specified. It is subject to suspension or revocation, for management purposes or for cause, at the discretion of the State Director, upon written notice.

5. Permittee may request permit extension, in writing, at any time prior to expiration of the term of the permit, specifying a limited, definite amount of time required to complete permitted work.

6. Permittee shall observe all Federal, State, and local laws and regulations applicable to the public lands and resources.

7. Any correspondence about this permit or work conducted under its authority must cite the permit number.

Any publication of results of work conducted under the authority of this permit must cite both the Bureau of

Land Management and the permit number.

8. Special conditions attached to this permit are made a part hereof.

9. Permittee shall contact the Manager of the affected Field Office prior to beginning any field work involving survey (2920) or Archaeological Resources Protection Act (ARPA) Data Collecting (Limited testing or excavation) projects under 8152 permits.

10. Permittee shall submit an annual report on cultural resource fieldwork on public lands administered by New

Mexico BLM each year. These reports shall be submitted to the State Office by December 1; reports shall follow the format suggested in the attached description.

11. Permittee shall comply with all stipulations enumerated in Handbook H-8100-1, Procedures for Performing

Cultural Resource Fieldwork on Public Lands in the Area of New Mexico BLM Responsibilities.
