ARFQ HSE2500000008 - Exhibit B - Site List.xlsx

The document is an Exhibit B Site List (ARFQ HSE2500000008) that comprehensively details 84 communication/telecommunications sites across West Virginia and limited sites in Pennsylvania and Virginia. The sites are predominantly located in West Virginia, with a few additional sites in neighboring states, suggesting this is likely a statewide communications infrastructure or emergency services network project. The sites are geographically diverse, covering rural and urban locations including cities like Charleston, Beckley, Morgantown, and Huntington, as well as numerous smaller towns and unincorporated areas.

While the document does not explicitly provide contract details, pricing, or specific project parameters, the extensive site list indicates a significant communications infrastructure initiative, potentially related to state emergency communications, radio networks, or telecommunications infrastructure. The sites appear to be strategically positioned to provide comprehensive coverage across West Virginia's varied terrain, including mountainous regions, valleys, and rural areas. The inclusion of sites in adjacent states suggests a potential regional communications strategy that extends beyond West Virginia's immediate boundaries.
