Contract award will be made to the vendor providing the lowest overall total cost for vehicles meeting all specified requirements. Vendors are required to complete the state-provided Pricing Page in full; incomplete submissions and use of alternate pricing pages may result in disqualification. Late delivery must be communicated in writing to the agency, and significant delays may result in contract cancellation and procurement from third-party sources. Unacceptable items will be returned at vendor expense with no restocking charges, and vendors must either replace items or provide full credit or refund at the agency's discretion. Vendor default includes failure to provide compliant items, failure to meet specifications and requirements, non-compliance with applicable laws, and failure to remedy deficient performance upon request, with available remedies including immediate contract cancellation.
