About this file

This amended request for quotations seeks proposals for a prosecutorial case management system implementation project. Vendors are invited to submit quotations by June 30, 2023 at 10:00 AM Eastern detailing their proposed solutions and pricing. The Department of Justice Offices Boards and Divisions Executive Office for US Attorneys will evaluate submissions using a best value tradeoff methodology considering both price and non-price factors. A multi-phase evaluation process may include both written proposals and oral presentations. The statement of objectives outlines requirements for a new case management platform to replace the current system and standardize processes across 94 United States Attorney's Offices. The selected vendor will implement the new system over the contract period.
