About this file

Written by GovTribe AI ·

This document contains an appendix outlining special operating hours for custodial services at various facilities on Aviano Air Base in Italy. It also includes a solicitation notice for a firm-fixed price contract to provide custodial cleaning services at geographically separated areas of the base, excluding medical and dining facilities, in accordance with Air Force standards.

The appendix lists over 50 facilities on the base along with their normal operating hours and any special instructions for when custodial services should be performed. This includes maximum occupancy times, low traffic periods, and notes on floors, restrooms or cafeterias that should receive priority cleaning at certain facilities. The solicitation seeks quotes from contractors to provide custodial services in accordance with the requirements, and will use FAR Part 12 procedures for the acquisition of commercial items, with FAR Part 13 governing the competitive process. Award will be made to the responsible contractor submitting a quote determined most advantageous to the government based on price and other factors.
