About this file

This document is an Appendix C Glossary & Definitions containing an extensive list of technical and federal contracting acronyms and their corresponding full definitions. The glossary covers a wide range of abbreviations including technical terms (e.g., CAD/CAM, LCD, IDG), measurement units (e.g., cfm, psig, kWh), federal agency acronyms (e.g., OSHA, NFPA, AFB), and software-related terminology. The final section provides additional detailed definitions for specialized terms such as Commercial Off-The-Shelf (COTS), Government Unlimited Rights, and Software Assurance, offering precise explanations of these technical and contractual concepts. The comprehensive nature of the glossary suggests it is intended to provide clarity and standardization of terminology for a complex technical or federal contracting document.
