About this file
This is a unit pricing appendix document for contract SBP-6.133, establishing standardized pricing schedules for state and local procurement. The document provides detailed line-item pricing structures organized by product or service categories, with specified unit costs for individual items or services that bidders must price according to the established format. The appendix serves as the pricing submission template for responsive bids, requiring vendors to populate unit prices for all listed items to enable comparative evaluation across multiple bidders. The pricing schedule is designed to facilitate transparent cost analysis and ensure consistency in bid evaluation by establishing a uniform structure that all qualified bidders must follow when submitting their financial proposals.
The pricing terms outlined in this appendix establish the baseline cost structure against which all bids will be evaluated and compared. Unit prices submitted in this format allow for flexible ordering and pricing adjustments based on actual quantities needed over the contract term, providing budget predictability while maintaining procurement flexibility. The document functions as a critical component of the overall bid package, ensuring that pricing transparency and standardization are maintained throughout the procurement process and enabling straightforward cost comparison during the bid evaluation phase.
