About this file
Appendix A is a fee proposal instruction document for the City of Cleveland's Department of Public Utilities (DPU), Division of Water, related to VoIP and Contact Center Managed Services. The document outlines proposal guidelines for Groups A and B, specifying a one-year contract with four one-year renewal options. The contract seeks managed services for Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) and contact center systems, with proposers expected to develop fee proposals adhering to the requirements listed in the Scope of Services.
The fee proposal instructions detail specific pricing parameters, including that monthly hosting fees at defined levels will remain constant throughout the contract duration. Hourly rates are also expected to be fixed for the entire contract period. The document allows proposers to suggest additional roles they believe would benefit the project, even if not initially listed in the fee table. Proposers must submit rates for both predefined and suggested roles, with the understanding that these rates will not change for the duration of the contract.
