About this file

This document is Amendment No. 1 to Solicitation No. 2025-02 for Environmental Consulting Services, issued by the Washington State Energy Facility Site Evaluation Council (EFSEC). The amendment primarily changes the Procurement Coordinator from Nancy Coverdell to Marilyn First, with updated contact information at DESProcurementConsulting@des.wa.gov. The underlying solicitation seeks to award one contract for on-call environmental consulting services focused on reviewing and analyzing potential environmental and other impacts of proposed privately funded energy production facilities.

The solicitation is being conducted pursuant to RCW 39.26 and aims to secure a contractor who can provide specialized environmental consulting expertise for evaluating proposed energy production projects. The amendment indicates that all other terms, conditions, and specifications of the original solicitation remain unchanged, suggesting that the core requirements, pricing, and contract parameters are consistent with the initial competitive solicitation document. Contact for further information is Marilyn First, who can be reached at (360) 407-9341.
