May 19, 2026 Amendment #2: Corrosion Control Study RFP

SUBJECT: Correction to Sec 3.04 Cost Proposal

On behalf of the Alaska Aerospace Corporation, I am issuing this Amendment to the Corrosion Control Study RFP, originally posted on May 5th, 2026. The following section has been corrected in the RFP posted on the State of Alaska Online Public Notices portal:

“SEC. 3.04 COST PROPOSAL (SECTION 6)

Offerors must complete and submit this Submittal Form. Proposed costs must include all direct and indirect costs associated with the performance of the contract, including, but not limited to, total number of hours at various hourly rates, direct expenses, payroll, supplies, overhead assigned to each person working on the project, percentage of each person's time devoted to the project, and profit. The costs identified on the cost proposal are the total amount of costs to be paid by AAC. No additional charges shall be allowed.”

The referenced Submittal Form is not required or included with the RFP. Cost Proposals may be in the respondents preferred format, but needs to include all cost data identified in Sec. 3.04.

Respectfully, Duffy Goodner, PMP Contract Manager 907-413-2305 Duffy.goodner.ctr@akaerospace.gov Aurora Launch Services
